Returns

At TwinKido, our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving the product.

Kindly return the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components and complimentary items are included. When sending back a product, please ensure proper and secure packaging. Please be aware that if you provide our Courier Service Partner with an incorrect product, TwinKido cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur to the incorrect item during transit or otherwise.

Upon the receipt of the original product(s) at our facility and the completion of the quality check, the refund for the original product(s) will be processed, as applicable.

Should any or all of the products initially included in an order placed with a coupon or offer be returned, the coupon code/offer will no longer be valid for the order. Additionally, the benefits of the coupon/offer will not be included in the refund.

Anticipated Reverse Pickup Time: In areas where pickup services are provided by reputable couriers, the Reverse Pickup is expected to occur within 7 days (excluding Sundays and other holidays). Nevertheless, occasional unforeseen delays in product pickup may arise due to uncontrollable and unpredictable logistics challenges beyond our influence. TwinKido is not accountable for such delays and seeks users' cooperation, as we consistently strive to minimize such occurrences.

You will find the progress of your return request by navigating to the My Accounts section, specifically under Returns, or by checking the status against the product on the order history details page.

 

Cancellations

If we receive a cancellation request and haven't processed or approved the order, we will cancel it and refund the full amount. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped. The order status will be viewable in the "My Orders" section once it's placed by the customer.
