Please allow a processing time of up to 7 working days due to bank processing times.
For returns, the initiation of the refund process occurs upon receiving the product back at our facility, after conducting thorough quality checks and verification. The method of refund may vary depending on the payment mode used during the order placement.
- The complete amount paid for the product, excluding loyalty cash, will initially be credited to your account. Please be aware that shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

If the payment was made through Cash on Delivery, we will transfer the funds to your bank account. Please ensure you give us the correct information. It's important to note that TwinKido does not verify bank account numbers and cannot be held responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.

Refunds do not include shipping charges or COD charges; only the product value is reimbursed.

If a pickup is refused or the product is not returned, and a refund has already been processed, TwinKido reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the customer account based on the product's payment mode.
- For payments made through wallet gateways like Paytm, MobiKwik, etc., the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
To facilitate an exchange, kindly follow the steps above for returning your current item and subsequently once product passes quality check, make a separate purchase for the new item.
